Rae Bonney with Amanda Campbell - Bend Like Bamboo - 9 Dec 2018

Amanda Campbell has experienced more than most people do in a lifetime. At a very young age, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, a debilitating incurable disease and soon after, experienced a major MS attack that left her paralysed and unable to move, eat, walk or control her own body.

Amanda is going to share with us how she fought down fear and panic, channeling her energy into a positive force. With a mountain of determination and the aid of health and medical practitioners, this amazing woman astounded everyone by not only walking unaided, but running like a bandit!

Now, an accredited Sports Kinesiologist, Amanda founded Bend Like Bamboo, a program designed to optimise health and resilience. She dedicates her time helping others rebuild their lives after illness, trauma and stress. At her core, Amanda believes that renewal can be possible when the mind and body are given the right environment. Hear what it feels like, being Amanda Campbell, right here. Her twin sister, Nicole Campbell also chimes in with some fabulous and witty insight.
