Demetrio Zema – serial entrepreneur, lawyer and founder of the ‘new-gen’ law firm, Law Squared joined me recently on the airwaves to focus on the Legal Profession and it's extreme, often relentless pressure on the human condition around billable hours, vicarious trauma and social pressures. Senior legal figures acknowledge a natural correlation between the traits that make you a good lawyer and those that might lead to mental health problems. Demetrio created Law Squared provide a better way for clients to engage with lawyers and represent the future of the superior law firm experience in action today.References:https://www.lawsquared.co/https://www.facebook.com/lawsquaredco/Lifeline - Call in Australia 131114https://www.lifeline.org.au/Suicide Call Back Service - Call in Australia 1300659467https://www.suicidecallbackservice.org.au/

Entertainment Assist are a national health promotion charity that strives for much needed change, commissioning research, advocating for workplace and educational transformation and identifying support pathways for those in distress.References:https://www.entertainmentassist.org.au/https://www.facebook.com/entertainmentassist/Lifeline - Call in Australia 131114https://www.lifeline.org.au/Suicide Call Back Service - Call in Australia 1300659467https://www.suicidecallbackservice.org.au/
